Terms and Conditions
 
We want to do everything we can to ensure your experience with us is a good one. Traveling by bus is different from other modes of transportation, so below are some terms and conditions to help make your experience with Shuttle South an enjoyable one.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:

Reservations:

Reservations are not required for the airport shuttle. Service is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Embarkation begins approximately 20 minutes before departure from The Waterway Marriott. Groups staying at The Waterway Marriott may make reservations for the airport shuttle through The Waterway Marriott.

Payments:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is required during transit and are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Groups with reservations through The Waterway Marriott should contact The Waterway Marriott for cancellation of the airport shuttle.

BUS CHARTERS


Reservations:

Reservations can be made online or by telephone. Reservations made online are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from our reservation specialist. A 20% deposit is required before a confirmation is issued. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. A 20% deposit is required before a confirmation is issued. Payment in full is due on the day service is provided.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted only by telephone and should be done as far in advance as possible. There is no fee for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the date of service; however, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition to the 20% deposit, there is a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the date of service.

Extended Charters:

We offer our charter services on an hourly basis. Your initial payment is based on an estimate as to how long you will utilize our services. Our chauffeurs will endeavor to accommodate your request for extended service. If our chauffeur is able to extend your service, you will be billed for the additional time. Payment is due in full within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.

GENERAL

Transportation:

Passengers should remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Smoking on the vehicle is not permitted. Radios, laptops, DVD players and other electronic items may be carried on-board, provided that they do not disturb fellow passengers and that headphones are used. Animals are not permitted on the vehicle. Exceeding the maximum number of passengers on our vehicle is prohibited.

Personal Information:

Shuttle South does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal or credit card information to outside third parties. We use the information supplied to us by you only to provide requested services and to collect payment.

Force Majuere:

Shuttle South is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns, traffic, road closures, and accidents. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, weapons and unruly behavior.

Baggage Information:

Overhead compartments are available for storing baggage during travel. Shuttle South is not responsible for personal property that is damaged or lost.
